Oh my god, P, I could never. If I had an outline that thorough, I would never write the fic! It would take all of the fun out of it for me. I don't want to spend time with characters who never surprise me! Also, I feel like I need to leave a lot of room to redistribute events for pacing reasons? I don't get a great sense of pacing from an outline.
I think in general I like to have a lot of open space for spontaneous creativity, whereas you're very disciplined. (Chaotic Angsty vs Lawful Cozy?) I admire your ways -- my life would be easier if I was like that -- but in terms of my personality, I would be SO BORED, lol. Solving problems on my feet is a motivator.
