Wow, thank you SO MUCH for this! This is a placehold kind of comment, because I'm still so far behind on actual fic comments (I read the epilogue and loved it!) but I am bookmarking this and will be coming back to it.
Also, my, that kiss - I was just thinking when you mentioned cutting really good lines, how much I hoped that you weren't actually trashing anything, you never know where it could come in handy. I keep a document of nothing but cut lines, myself, just to see if some of them could be a story prompt or could work in some other way. And I love this soft moment where ZYL is still being so careful and SW is so drawn in, despite his secrets, and then finally they come together, ahhh. I'm so glad you posted it, it's definitely a treat. <3
